SENIOR INVESTMENT PLANNER, ASSET INVESTMENT PLANNING-METRO, WATER CORPORATION
Martin has worked across a range of roles in the civil engineering Industry in the UK and Australia for nearly 20 years. A Chartered Civil Engineer, he has experience across the entire civil asset lifecycle including design, construction and asset management roles with consultants, contractors and owners in the various asset-intensive civil engineering, energy and oil and gas sectors.
In his current role with the Water Corporation (WA), Martin is in the Asset Planning Group which oversees the assessment of current and future asset performance and risk against requirements to inform investment and planning priorities as well as optimal investment timing. He leads the asset condition assessment of in-service linear assets (distribution and trunk mains; main sewers) and the subsequent renewal planning, scoping and implementation, within a business unit function of manager of in-service assets. The Water Corporation’s asset management function is to ISO55000.
